• Lead a specialized team focused on developing, configuring, and managing AI automations and intelligent agents.
• Convert the GTM AI Strategy Blueprint into actionable technical roadmaps for automation and agent deployment.
• Ensure that all AI implementations are scalable, secure, and thoroughly integrated into our CRM and RevOps infrastructure.
• Oversee and mentor a high-performing group of engineers and architects, promoting a culture of rapid experimentation and top-quality deployment.
• Manage the complete lifecycle of AI solutions, from the initial proof-of-concept stage to global GTM deployment.
• Collaborate closely with the SVP GTM Operations to ensure that AI initiatives align with overarching revenue objectives and operational restructuring.
• Work in tandem with the SoSafe data team and the IT/Security departments to guarantee full architectural alignment of our AI stack, along with efficiencies, data integrity, and security.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for the GTM AI team, concentrating on efficiency improvements, revenue acceleration, and data accuracy.
• Over 5 years of experience managing technical teams, particularly in automation, AI/ML, or RevOps technology.
• Practical experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and building autonomous agents in a business environment.
• Profound understanding of Sales and Marketing workflows and their integration with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Capability to convert a strategic blueprint into a practical technical architecture. A consulting background is highly advantageous.
