Manager, GTM AI Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Lead a specialized team focused on the development, configuration, and management of AI automations and intelligent agents.

• Convert the GTM AI Strategy Blueprint into actionable technical roadmaps for the deployment of automation and agents.

• Ensure that all AI implementations are scalable, secure, and seamlessly integrated into our CRM and RevOps infrastructure.

• Manage and guide a high-performing team of engineers and architects, promoting a culture of rapid experimentation and quality deployment.

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of AI solutions, from initial proof-of-concept through to global GTM deployment.

• Collaborate closely with the SVP of GTM Operations to ensure that AI initiatives align with overarching revenue targets and operational restructuring.

• Work in partnership with the SoSafe data team and the IT/Security teams to ensure full architectural alignment of our AI stack, along with efficiency, data integrity, and security.

• Define and monitor KPIs for the GTM AI team, with an emphasis on efficiency improvements, revenue growth, and data accuracy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience managing technical teams, particularly in automation, AI/ML, or RevOps technology.

• Practical experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and developing autonomous agents within a business environment.

• Comprehensive understanding of Sales and Marketing workflows and their integration with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

• Capability to translate a strategic blueprint into a practical technical architecture. A consulting background is a significant advantage.
