This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team of sales professionals to optimize performance and achieve objectives for renewal and expansion business.
• Manage a strategic portfolio of opportunities and ensure the team effectively handles their accounts to maximize bookings, reduce churn, and enhance customer success.
• Boost revenue growth through targeted upsell and cross-sell initiatives, ensuring team members recognize and pursue expansion opportunities with existing clientele.
• Actively manage risks by identifying accounts at risk and executing retention strategies.
• Develop and sustain accurate forecasting across the team, establish realistic business expectations, transparently communicate results to sales leadership, and foster accountability for forecast precision.
• Supervise deal evaluation, validation, quoting, commercial negotiations, and closure processes across the team.
• Track and assess individual representative performance against renewal and expansion targets, offer coaching and feedback, and implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
• Ensure the team possesses deep product and solution knowledge while staying updated on competitive and market trends.
• Mentor and nurture team members to equip them for future growth and leadership roles.
• Minimum of 5 years of direct renewals sales experience in enterprise software or cybersecurity, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role.
• Demonstrated history of surpassing individual and team sales targets, with proven success in driving both renewals and expansion revenue.
• Strong background in managing and coaching sales teams, with the ability to identify talent, develop individuals, and enforce accountability.
• Proficiency in indirect 2-tier go-to-market models, including channel partners, managed service providers, and distributors.
• Proven capability to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and promote the adoption of additional products and services.
• Strong risk management orientation with experience in identifying at-risk accounts and executing mitigation strategies.
• Exceptional forecasting skills and business acumen, with the ability to analyze metrics, trends, and overall business performance.
• Customer-oriented with outstanding communication skills (verbal, written, presentation) and the ability to build strong relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work effectively across various departments.
