This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Oversee and sustain a robust enterprise sales pipeline.
• Execute and uphold BANT qualification standards.
• Enhance CRM accuracy, cleanliness, and forecasting practices.
• Establish operational routines for pipeline assessments, opportunity advancement, follow-up management, and sales reporting.
• Ensure all opportunities are moving effectively through the sales funnel.
• Develop, sustain, and continually improve a lead scoring system within Salesforce.
• Utilize AI tools to expedite prospecting, research, account targeting, and tailored outreach on a large scale.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing to transform inbound and outbound campaigns into qualified enterprise meetings.
• Assist in orchestrating enterprise deals and account strategies.
• Prepare briefing documents and opportunity summaries for executive discussions.
• Directly supervise junior growth team members and mentor them on enterprise sales process discipline.
• High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
• 5–10 years of experience in SaaS product sales, healthcare technology, enterprise sales operations, revenue operations, or business development.
• Background in supporting enterprise or consultative sales processes.
• Proven experience in establishing sales process discipline and rigorous forecasting.
• Demonstrated capability to design and manage effective lead scoring models, keeping them up to date.
• Extensive, practical expertise in Salesforce — able to create, modify, and share reports; send emails and track email sends; monitor and update prospect activities; and build both a pipeline and a funnel that clearly indicate each prospect's status.
• Strong grasp of CRM systems and pipeline management.
• Practical experience in utilizing AI tools for prospecting, research, and customized outreach.
• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
• Strong communication skills and adeptness in executive coordination.
