β€’ Lead the creative brainstorming and campaign creation process across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, and Pinterest β€” managing the concept from initial brief to final execution.

β€’ Establish and maintain the Comfrt creative voice across both paid and organic channels, ensuring every asset is cohesive, intentional, and aligned with the brand.

β€’ Create engaging creative briefs that effectively convey brand strategy, product narratives, and cultural moments into captivating content that captures attention.

β€’ Collaborate with designers, videographers, and UGC creators to swiftly bring concepts to fruition while maintaining creative integrity.

β€’ Lead the creative efforts for new product launches, brand partnerships, seasonal campaigns, and consistent content.

β€’ Remain deeply connected to cultural trends β€” monitoring trends, platform behaviors, and the visual language that resonates with our audience.

β€’ Utilize performance metrics (CTR, hook rate, engagement, ROAS) to guide creative revisions β€” rather than dictate them.

β€’ Investigate AI and innovative creative tools to broaden possibilities, expedite production, and unveil new storytelling formats.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.

β€’ Over 5 years of experience in creative strategy or brand creative, with a proven history of conceptualizing and delivering campaigns that connect β€” across various channels and at scale.

β€’ A portfolio showcasing strong conceptual thinking, visual diversity, and effective brand storytelling.

β€’ In-depth understanding of social-first content and platform culture β€” you can distinguish between what feels authentic and what feels contrived.

β€’ Familiarity with AI tools, marketing technologies, analytics platforms, and social media insights.

β€’ An analytical mindset with the capability to convert data into actionable insights.

β€’ A proactive individual with the ability to work efficiently and solve problems collaboratively across functions.

β€’ Proficient in advertising principles, with a solid grasp of how creative storytelling aligns with performance metrics.

β€’ Experience in a high-growth ecommerce environment is preferred.

β€’ A curious nature with an interest in understanding what drives success for high-growth DTC brands.
