Manager, Global Logistics – TMS Outbound

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Educate internal operations staff and guide fellow team members on the TMS platform.

• Offer support after the launch phase.

• Keep TMS implementation documentation updated as necessary for Standard Work.

• Work alongside stakeholders to enhance TMS outbound shipping procedures.

• Propel TMS outbound cost savings.

• Lead initiatives for continuous improvement to surpass TMS project savings goals.

• Create briefings, presentations, and training materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 8-10 years of relevant experience.

• Strong analytical capabilities.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and ERP systems (preferably SAP).

• Understanding of international trade and customs regulations.

• Proficiency in English is mandatory.

• Proficiency in French, German, or Polish is highly preferred.
