This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete implementation and transition projects for both new and existing clients, ensuring successful delivery that aligns with scope, timeline, quality, and operational readiness expectations.
• Create and manage project plans, governance frameworks, milestones, communications, risks, dependencies, and escalation pathways.
• Act as the main implementation contact, building trusted relationships with clients through consultative engagement, proactive communication, and alignment with stakeholders.
• Convert client objectives and business requirements into implementable strategies and operational solutions.
• Lead project meetings, provide steering committee updates, and facilitate collaboration sessions among cross-functional stakeholders across global teams.
• Oversee the implementation lifecycle activities, including discovery, solution design, configuration, testing, training, launch, and hyper care support.
• Advocate for continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the quality, scalability, efficiency, and overall client experience of implementations.
• Utilize automation, AI-driven tools, workflow optimization, and data insights to streamline processes and enhance business outcomes.
• Identify and address implementation risks, operational gaps, and dependencies while ensuring compliance, process integrity, and adherence to documentation standards.
• Contribute to standardized methodologies, governance practices, templates, and modern project delivery techniques to improve consistency and effectiveness.
• Foster a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset by anticipating challenges, driving innovation, and questioning traditional methods.
• Collaborate closely with Client Success, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, Product & Technology, and Supply Chain Management teams to ensure alignment and readiness for implementation.
• Coordinate global workstreams and manage competing priorities among diverse stakeholder groups and shifting business needs.
• Aid organizational change management through communication, training, transition planning, and adoption strategies.
• Provide implementation expertise during client/prospect presentations, solution discussions, and RFP business growth opportunities.
• Share insights and lessons learned from implementations to enhance team performance, strengthen best practices, and support strategic growth initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in client-focused, operational, or project management roles.
• Proficient in project management, workflow automation, and collaboration tools (e.g., Monday.com), as well as the Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, and other digital productivity platforms.
• Formal certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or change management credentials are regarded as valuable assets but are not mandatory.
• Familiarity with integration protocols (API, SFTP, EDI) and global mobility processes is advantageous.
