This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and execute a global job architecture, encompassing job leveling and career frameworks.
• Design and implement salary structures, compensation frameworks, and market positioning strategies for both the U.S. and India.
• Convert the company’s compensation philosophy into concise, actionable guidelines.
• Create and enforce compensation policies, standards, and governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with Finance and HR Leadership to design, implement, and sustain organization-wide incentive plans and programs.
• Establish compensation approval processes and safeguards to ensure uniformity and control.
• Oversee annual compensation planning cycles, including merit planning and compensation adjustments, with structure and discipline.
• Act as the primary advisor to HR Business Partners and business leaders on compensation-related issues.
• Maintain consistency in the compensation approach across regions while accommodating local market conditions.
• Identify key compensation metrics and reporting requirements.
• Provide leadership, direction, and context to compensation team members to ensure alignment with departmental objectives and organizational strategy.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Over 7 years of progressive experience in compensation.
• More than 2 years of leadership experience, including delegation, coaching, and oversight of compensation-related tasks.
• Proven experience in building or significantly enhancing compensation structures and frameworks.
• Experience supporting compensation programs in a global context (U.S. experience required; India experience preferred).
• Background in advising HR and business leaders on compensation decisions.
• Experience collaborating with Finance on compensation planning, budgeting, or incentive programs.
• Familiarity with Workday or a similar HCM system is preferred.
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation is preferred.
