This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Provides efficient line management to CRAs, IHCRAs, and CTMs within designated European countries, enhancing performance, engagement, accountability, and career development.

• Develops action plans and offers strategic guidance to optimize clinical operations performance, guaranteeing high-quality delivery of individual, team, and departmental goals.

• Collaborates with Clinical Operations leadership and project teams to foresee resource requirements and ensure the proper allocation, utilization, and deployment of clinical resources across projects and assigned countries.

• Conducts site visits, as necessary, to evaluate CRA competencies, pinpoint development opportunities, and offer coaching on project-specific and site-related issues.

• Recognizes quality risks, performance issues, and operational obstacles, executing and supervising suitable corrective and preventive measures.

• Ensures all personnel have the essential resources, training, tools, system access, and support needed to excel in their positions.

• Tracks workforce performance metrics and trends, utilizing data-driven insights to inform decision-making, workforce planning, and operational excellence.

• Guarantees timely completion of all necessary administrative, compliance, and training tasks by assigned staff.

• Leads or engages in departmental, regional, and global initiatives aimed at process improvement, standardization, digital enablement, and workforce development.

• Actively identifies operational challenges and opportunities, creating and implementing solutions that enhance quality, efficiency, employee experience, and business performance.

• Participates in the recruitment, selection, onboarding, and integration of new CRAs, IHCRAs, and CTMs, collaborating with Talent Acquisition, Clinical Training, and other functional stakeholders.

• Promotes a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, accountability, and high performance aligned with Precision for Medicine's values and quality standards.


⛳️ Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a scientific, life sciences, or healthcare field.

• Proficient in English and Polish.

• Extensive clinical operations experience within a CRO, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical setting, including previous onsite monitoring experience.

• Proven direct line management experience overseeing CRAs and/or other clinical operations professionals.

• Demonstrated experience in coaching, developing, and managing employee performance.

• Strong understanding of ICH-GCP, relevant regulatory requirements, and clinical trial processes.

• Capability to work independently, proactively solve problems, and achieve successful outcomes.

• Willingness and capability to travel domestically and internationally, including overnight travel, up to approximately 25%.
