
Manager, FP&A Systems – Anaplan

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for enhancements to current models or for the creation of new Anaplan models tailored for FP&A use cases.
• Design, construct, test, and implement new functionalities in existing complex Anaplan models following industry best practices.
• Develop top-tier user experiences using Anaplan UX Apps and Pages, along with classic Anaplan dashboards.
• Explore opportunities to maximize the Anaplan platform for process automation, improving insights, and enhancing the planning experience for our users.
• Set up and maintain Anaplan lists, modules, dashboards, actions, and various model configurations.
• Stay informed on best practices for Anaplan model building, new feature releases, and ensure models are developed in a consistent and organized manner.
• Collaborate with the IT team to create data integrations between Anaplan and various source systems.
• Ensure user success by producing user guides, creating short instructional videos, and delivering live training sessions.
• Offer technical and functional support to end-users.
• Aim to enhance the connected planning environment at Resmed.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• 4-6 years of experience in building Anaplan models, particularly in FP&A contexts.
• Level 2 Model Builder certification is mandatory; higher certifications such as Level 3 Model Builder, Certified Solution Architect, or Master Anaplanner are preferable.
• Proficient in building within Polaris and utilizing Workflow and Anaplan Data Orchestrator (ADO).
• Strong capability to engage with business stakeholders and convey complex topics to non-technical audiences in an easily understandable manner.
• Skilled in building and sustaining complex data models from initial concept to model execution.
• Creative thinker and effective problem solver.
• Competent in modifying existing data models to integrate new functionalities while maintaining model integrity.
• Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
