This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Directly oversee a team of up to 8 associates across the EMEA region and North America.
• Identify opportunities and implement strategies to enhance on-time delivery (OTD) and inventory management.
• Collaborate with EMEA Learning & Development to optimize freight and material handling expenses.
• Lead substantial, cross-functional teams on initiatives aimed at improvement.
• Partner with demand planning to develop and refine inventory strategies throughout the region.
• Report on group performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), which include employee engagement, OTD, inventory levels, and product availability.
• Leverage the Danaher Business System to foster innovation and drive change.
• Honours Bachelor’s Degree (Level 8), preferably in Supply Chain, with at least 6 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in directly managing multiple associates.
• Proven experience leading teams across various geographical locations, representing diverse cultures.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams towards shared improvement objectives.
