Manager, Financial Reporting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Prepare and assess monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements along with reporting packages.

• Provide support for consolidation processes spanning various businesses and entities.

• Handle the preparation and submission of SEC documents, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and financial regulations.

• Conduct financial analysis and offer insights to aid in business and strategic decision-making.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Finance, Accounting, and operations to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.

• Aid in maintaining precise financial records and assist with audit requests as necessary.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at refining financial reporting processes and workflows.

• Ensure the timely completion of assigned reporting deliverables and deadlines.

• Leverage ERP systems and financial tools to facilitate reporting and analysis activities.

• Assist with additional accounting and financial reporting projects and initiatives as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is mandatory.

• CPA certification is required.

• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting and/or financial reporting is preferred.

• Familiarity with finance and accounting principles is necessary.

• A strong grasp of financial regulations and reporting standards is essential.

• Experience in supporting public company reporting activities or SEC-related filings is preferred.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial software/tools are required; experience with ERP systems is preferred.
