Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Serve as a primary financial advisor to executive leadership and departmental heads.

• Take complete responsibility for the comprehensive financial consolidation process across various entities and revenue streams.

• Recognize trends, foresee risks, and identify opportunities to enhance cash flow and profitability.

• Develop, maintain, and expand comprehensive financial models that adapt to the rapidly evolving landscape of a startup.

• Collaborate with teams throughout the organization to optimize budgeting processes, monitor KPIs, and promote financial discipline.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of progressive finance experience within a dynamic, fast-paced startup or high-growth setting.

• Proven experience in managing the financial consolidation process across different business units or entities.

• Superior proficiency in both Excel and Google Sheets.

• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or MBA are highly desirable.
