• Oversee the annual budgeting and forecasting activities in collaboration with senior business executives.
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports along with variance analyses for the executive leadership team.
• Lead the automation of our financial processes by utilizing AI and contemporary development tools to shift the team from manual Excel spreadsheets to fully scalable, automated workflows.
• Create and sustain financial models for scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and long-term forecasting.
• Offer financial support for strategic initiatives, investments, and operational enhancements.
• Recognize and implement continuous improvements in financial processes, systems, and reporting workflows.
• Work in conjunction with Accounting and other Finance divisions to guarantee precise and timely reporting in accordance with accounting standards.
• Track and report on financial and operational KPIs, providing insights to enhance performance.
• Assist with ad hoc analyses, M&A, due diligence, and special projects as required.
• Supervise and mentor a team of FP&A professionals, encouraging their growth and development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• CPA, CFA, or a similar professional designation; familiarity with US GAAP is advantageous.
• Demonstrated technical development and AI skills (e.g., Python, SQL, AI/ML tools), with a proven history of modernizing finance operations and minimizing reliance on spreadsheets.
• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or similar roles; experience in SaaS or technology sectors is beneficial.
• Strong skills in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis.
• Advanced Excel capabilities and 3+ years of experience with financial planning tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan).
• Familiarity with Netsuite or comparable accounting software.
• Detail-oriented, data-driven, and willing to challenge existing processes.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities and thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a knack for influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Knowledge of business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau) is an advantage.
