This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Lead the comprehensive process of financial consolidation for the enterprise across all business units and regions, ensuring results are accurate, timely, and consistent.
• Create, sustain, and automate standardized management and operational reports to enhance executive visibility, forecasting accuracy, and decision-making support.
• Propel continuous enhancements in reporting processes and analytics to improve insight generation and forecasting accuracy.
• Take ownership of the preparation and delivery of all monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages intended for executive leadership, the CEO, and the Board of Directors.
• Craft clear, data-driven narratives and visuals that effectively convey company performance, significant trends, and strategic initiatives.
• Supervise and continuously refine the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes throughout the enterprise.
• Establish and track key growth metrics, including SaaS performance indicators (ARR, churn, CAC, LTV, etc.), to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Act as a strategic finance partner to functional leaders, offering actionable insights and financial guidance to enhance performance and accountability.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing FP&A team, encouraging professional development and fostering analytical excellence.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA is preferred.
• Over 7 years of progressive FP&A experience, preferably within a SaaS or technology-driven organization.
• Established expertise in financial reporting, consolidation, and planning, with experience in preparing materials for executive leadership and Boards of Directors.
• Advanced proficiency with Workday Adaptive Planning (or similar tools) and a solid understanding of ERP and data integrations.
• Extensive knowledge of SaaS financial metrics, business models, and unit economics.
• Proven success in managing and developing teams in a dynamic, private equity–backed environment.
• Experience in supporting investor relations, capital planning, or strategic finance initiatives is a plus.
• Familiarity with automation and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL) for improved reporting is advantageous.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate complex financial insights in a clear and persuasive manner.
