Manager, Financial Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Direct and manage the daily functions of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, homeowner accounting, collections, banking administration, and community financial services.

• Set and track operational KPIs, service standards, quality benchmarks, productivity indicators, and customer satisfaction metrics.

• Ensure prompt fulfillment of requests from homeowners, communities, vendors, and management companies.

• Act as the escalation point for intricate operational and customer service challenges.

• Create scalable operational procedures that facilitate customer expansion while enhancing profitability.

• Supervise vendor invoice processing, approval workflows, homeowner billing, special assessments, and maintenance of homeowner accounts.

• Guarantee adherence to association approval protocols and internal control measures.

• Oversee homeowner collections efforts, including monitoring delinquencies, administering late fees, and managing legal statuses.

• Manage the preparation of 1099 tax forms and associated documentation procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Over 5 years of experience in accounting operations, financial services, HOA management, banking operations, or similar leadership positions.

• In-depth knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, collections, homeowner accounting, banking operations, and financial controls.

• Proven experience leading operational teams in a fast-paced, service-oriented setting.

• Track record of success in implementing process enhancements, workflow automation, and operational transformation projects.

• Exceptional analytical, organizational, communication, and leadership capabilities.

• Customer service-focused mindset with robust problem-solving skills.
