📋 Description

• Take full responsibility for the execution of events and activations: Plan and carry out consumer events, industry conferences, internal meetings across key markets, and company-wide gatherings.

• Activate campaigns in the market: Implement events and activations as part of broader marketing strategies and partnerships.

• Oversee local market activations: Collaborate with clinic teams to facilitate in-market events that enhance client acquisition and engagement.

• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders: Work with marketing, recruiting, operations, and clinic teams to align on goals, timelines, and execution plans.

• Create resources for field teams: Lead the development of field marketing playbooks that encompass local events, networking, and local partnership activations.

• Handle event logistics and vendor management: Supervise venues, catering, travel, production, and external partners to guarantee high-quality, on-brand experiences.

• Develop and monitor project plans: Construct timelines, manage deliverables, and ensure seamless execution across multiple simultaneous events.

• Manage event budgets and tracking: Oversee spending, process invoices, and optimize for cost efficiency and effectiveness.

• Evaluate performance and impact: Monitor attendance, engagement, and key outcomes, providing insights to guide future activations.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred or equivalent work experience is required.

• 2-4 years of experience in field marketing, events, experiential marketing, or similar roles.

• Experience in the beauty, aesthetics, skincare, wellness, or luxury consumer sectors is preferred.

• Proven experience executing events across multiple markets or locations is preferred.

• Strong project management and organizational abilities; capable of juggling multiple priorities at once.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to execution quality.

• Ability to quickly problem-solve and adapt in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

• Experience managing vendors, contracts, and budgets.

• Willingness to travel (approximately 20% of the time) and support events outside of standard business hours as needed.
