This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team of field marketers supporting the NAMER regions.

• Own the field marketing strategy for NAMER, focusing on pipeline generation and revenue impact.

• Plan and manage key events, regional gatherings, executive engagements, ABM activations, and roadshows.

• Develop and scale channel and partner marketing initiatives, including joint events and MDF-driven programs.

• Collaborate with Sales Leaders, Regional Managers, and AEs to ensure alignment of programs with territory plans, account priorities, and deal progression.

• Work together with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Brand teams on integrated campaigns and consistent messaging.

• Create scalable processes for intake, prioritization, planning, execution, and post-event follow-up.

• Implement field and partner marketing systems, including MDF governance, program templates, performance tracking, and partner enablement.

• Manage regional budgets, forecasting, and vendor relationships.

• Define and measure pipeline, meetings, ROI, and program performance metrics.

• Assess and enhance field programs through data analysis and feedback.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of B2B field or regional marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or enterprise technology.

• More than 2 years of experience in managing and developing high-performing marketing teams.

• A proven history of generating measurable pipeline and revenue through field and event marketing.

• Practical experience in owning channel and partner marketing programs, including MDF strategy, activation, measurement, and optimization.

• Experience in collaboration with Sales leadership and account teams.

• Proficient in managing budgets and reporting on ROI and performance metrics.

• Exceptional project management, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Data-driven approach with the capability to translate performance metrics into actionable insights.

• Experience in supporting Public Sector or regulated industries is advantageous.

• Results-oriented execution of marketing strategies that yield tangible business outcomes.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset suitable for fast-paced environments.

• Familiarity with MarTech, particularly marketing automation tools (Asana, HubSpot).

• Experience in high-growth or scaling organizations.

• Must have authorization to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
