This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +1 more state.
• Lead and cultivate the FAE and Linux support engineering team, which is essential to Ezurio's value proposition.
• Establish and oversee team KPIs, ensuring clarity on performance and progress throughout the organization.
• Mentor each FAE/support engineer on an individual basis, enhancing both their technical expertise and customer engagement skills.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to prioritize tasks, translating commercial insights into a clear focus for the team while empowering your engineers to manage their own responsibilities.
• Act as the customer's advocate within Ezurio.
• Collect feedback from direct customer interactions and your team's practical experience, transforming it into actionable insights for Product Management and R&D.
• Foster and sustain strong working relationships with R&D to ensure the team has expedited access to engineering when customer issues arise.
• Provide your support during the most critical and complex customer escalations.
• Practical experience in leading or significantly contributing to technical customer-facing teams.
• Previous experience as an FAE, applications engineer, or customer support engineer is highly valued.
• Solid technical background in RF systems and MCU/MPU-based platforms, with proficiency in Linux.
• A strong enthusiasm for mentoring and developing engineers, committed to enhancing each team member's technical skills, customer interaction abilities, and problem-solving proficiency.
• Business acumen and sound managerial judgment.
• Strong internal influence and a collaborative leadership approach.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the professionalism to represent Ezurio before customers, executives, distributors, and silicon partners.
