Manager – Field Applications Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Lead and develop a top-tier Field Applications Engineering (FAE) team throughout Europe and the Asia-Pacific region.

• Propel the technical adoption, integration, and design-win pipeline for our next-generation fabric interconnect silicon IP.

• Accountable for both Pre AND Post sales support.

• Collaborate with regional sales directors to obtain high-value design wins.

• Serve as the escalation point for critical customer technical challenges.

• Supervise customer proof-of-concepts, evaluations, and architectural assessments.

• Present technical keynotes, deep-dives, and product demonstrations to C-level executives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related STEM field.

• Over 5 years of experience leading customer-facing engineering teams (FAE or Technical Support).

• More than 10 years in the semiconductor, silicon IP, or high-performance networking industries.

• Profound understanding of Network-on-Chip (NoC), AMBA protocols (CHI, AXI, ACE), or PCIe/CXL fabrics.

• Familiarity with front-end ASIC design, SoC architecture, RTL verification, and EDA tools (Synopsys, Cadence, Siemens).

• Knowledge of AI/ML accelerators, data center architectures, and automotive SoC requirements.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Demonstrated experience in managing teams and clients across diverse cultures in Europe and Asia.

• Self-driven personality that thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.
