This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Deliver exceptional customer and equipment support both from the depot and on-site.
• Foster positive relationships with customers through face-to-face interactions as well as email and phone communication.
• Identify issues or technical problems, encompassing electrical, mechanical, and software-related service challenges.
• Comprehend customer inquiries or concerns and provide suitable recommendations.
• Create and uphold accurate records within internal systems.
• Address problems as they arise, collaborating with all necessary teams to ensure effective resolutions every time.
• Assist in robot operations remotely using our web-based monitoring software.
• Present training materials to customers and instruct them on all functionalities of the robot.
• Record customer feedback, observations in the field, and details of work orders.
• Diploma, degree, or 2-5 years of experience in a related field such as electronics, mechanics, or robotics.
• Competence in troubleshooting, testing, repairing, and servicing technical equipment.
• Excellent manual dexterity and a keen attention to detail.
• Proficient and experienced in fault-finding by interpreting schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts and adapt to changing work schedules.
• Willingness and capacity to travel throughout North America.
• Possess a valid and current driver's license and passport.
• Motivated individual, enthusiastic about robotics, self-starter, and effective in a small support team environment.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing position.
• Nice to have:
• Experience with electronics or electro-mechanical devices.
• Background in servicing floor cleaning equipment.
• Familiarity with computers and software tools (Linux experience is ideal).
• Experience in towing small to medium trailers.
