This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Foster proactive day-to-day communication with clients to guarantee resolution and appropriate follow-up, ultimately ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Complete health and safety documentation prior to the start of each installation or repair.
• Ensure that the “Job Sheet” is thoroughly filled out and signed by an authorized individual before departing from the installation or repair site.
• Execute assigned tasks punctually, accurately, and with a high standard of craftsmanship.
• Address customer inquiries regarding suspected faulty equipment and propose solutions while designating the appropriate equipment.
• Uphold the accuracy of assigned inventory to ensure accountability and integrity of stock, maintaining the security of all company equipment at all times.
• Promote a ‘tidy van, tidy mind’ philosophy.
• Capability to exhibit strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and logical decision-making skills.
• Hands-on individual willing to ‘roll up their sleeves’ to tackle any problems or issues that may arise within the department.
• Valid UK Driving License.
• Team player who is self-motivated and confident, able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Initiative and problem-solving skills, along with a proactive mindset and a “can do” attitude.
• A strong commitment to implementing continuous improvements to systems and processes.
• Good planning and organizational abilities.
