This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Monitor and execute a variety of equipment servicing processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Assess and diagnose issues with imaging equipment and carry out the necessary repairs.
• Conduct Preventative Maintenance on assigned equipment.
• Carry out safety and environmental inspections to ensure adherence to Health and Human Services and Environmental Health and Safety standards.
• Maintain regular communication with customers to guarantee issue resolution and appropriate follow-up.
• Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's degree, military training, completion of a certificate program, or current enrollment as a student with less than 12 months until graduation, OR a High School Diploma/GED accompanied by 6 months of experience in servicing electronic, IT, or mechanical equipment.
• Must possess reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is mandatory.
• Prior experience in interpreting schematic diagrams and executing effective repairs and planned maintenance on basic biomedical or electronic equipment.
• Familiarity with electronic digital circuitry and a solid understanding of electronic and electro-mechanical devices.
