Business Advisor, Field Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.

📋 Description

• Visit franchise locations to assess what is effective and identify areas for improvement.

• Assist owners in optimizing their operational, marketing, and sales strategies.

• Analyze profit and loss statements, discover growth potential, and establish smart objectives.

• Support franchisees with marketing initiatives, training programs, and technical configurations.

• Serve as the link between franchise owners and our corporate support team.

• Celebrate successes, address challenges, and ensure progress is maintained.

• Travel approximately 50% of the time — exploring your region while aiding businesses in thriving.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience as a Business Advisor in a relevant industry (preferably in Signs); franchising experience is an advantage.

• Skilled in budget analysis and interpreting P&L statements.

• Familiarity with retail marketing tactics and branding principles.

• Experience in project management and applying best practices within the industry.

• Capability to provide guidance on labor and vendor/supplier procurement issues.

• Outstanding interpersonal abilities to effectively communicate new business processes and procedures.

• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.

• Strong technical skills and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.

• Excellent problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office applications.

• Flexible schedule and readiness to travel at least 50% of the time.

• Familiarity with graphic design tools, point-of-sale systems, and accounting software.
