This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Oversee client engagements and manage daily client relationships.
• Recognize opportunities for viable and mutually advantageous healthcare delivery partnerships among departments.
• Act as a subject matter expert in healthcare planning, encompassing facility master planning and/or ambulatory network design.
• Execute and manage client deliverables, including the synthesis of strategic, financial, and operational implications of healthcare planning and analyses.
• Provide benchmarking insights across a broad spectrum of payer, provider, or health system analytics, including financial analysis, clinical performance, and operational efficiency.
• Distill complex healthcare concepts and develop a credible roadmap for healthcare delivery and/or infrastructure partnerships by understanding stakeholder needs.
• Regularly communicate findings and recommendations to senior clients, effectively conveying strategies and planning implications through both verbal and written deliverables.
• Proactively identify and evaluate commercial, MHS, and VA healthcare industry trends applicable to client delivery.
• Supervise, mentor, and nurture junior colleagues.
• Collaborate with peers and executive leadership to cultivate and model a positive, high-performing culture.
• Must be capable of OBTAINING and MAINTAINING a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• A minimum of NINE (9) years of prior experience in healthcare administration/management for a healthcare system and/or consulting firm.
• Prior experience supporting the Military Health System (MHS) is preferred.
• Background in clinical or healthcare operations (preferably MHS or VA), with the ability to translate insights into system-level strategy.
• Experience in executing strategic partnerships across healthcare entities, with a focus on department-level collaboration preferred.
• Proven track record of leading complex workstreams, meeting deadlines, and delivering results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
• Demonstrated efficiency, adaptability, and problem-solving capabilities in complex environments.
• Experience in mentoring and developing junior staff is important.
