📋 Description

• Take ownership of your portfolio. Create and implement strategic account plans that enhance retention, growth, and long-term success.

• Prospect with intent. Utilize outbound campaigns, marketing strategies, and partner networks to discover and capitalize on new opportunities within your accounts.

• Achieve results. Consistently surpass monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue objectives while ensuring accurate and proactive forecasting.

• Lead with knowledge. Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of our services, industry trends, and competitive landscape to confidently guide clients.

• Collaborate across departments. Work alongside Marketing, Operations, Customer Success, and Leadership to maximize the impact on accounts.

• Influence business strategy. Provide client insights and market feedback to shape our approach and keep us competitive.


⛳️ Requirements

• Possess over 10 years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably within mid-market or commercial sectors, with a history of meeting quotas.

• Have a solid track record of exceeding goals, supported by relevant data.

• Employ a consultative and strategic selling methodology. You assess needs before proposing solutions and prioritize long-term value creation.

• Exhibit strong curiosity and business insight. You can swiftly grasp complex information and convey it into clear, persuasive solutions.

• Demonstrate resilience and accountability. You take responsibility for results and remain composed during challenges.

• Maintain a global perspective and are adept at working across various regions, cultures, and time zones.

• Willingness to travel (approximately 20%) to strengthen client relationships.

• A Bachelor's degree is preferred, although demonstrated performance and impact are of utmost importance.
