• Lead, mentor, and develop the Executive Assistant team while promoting a high-performance collaborative support environment.
• Collaborate with the Nashville Office Manager and cross-functional teams to improve workplace operations across Nashville, NYC, and future locations.
• Streamline scalable processes for workplace experiences, internal events, and daily operations.
• Establish scalable systems and processes that minimize friction and enhance organizational effectiveness.
• 6–10+ years of experience in executive support within fast-paced, high-performance settings.
• A minimum of 2 years in a people management role.
• Extensive experience in supporting senior or C-level executives and managing intricate priorities.
• Proven experience in developing or expanding systems, processes, or teams.
• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to navigate high-pressure, ambiguous situations.
• Experience in leading or mentoring others, whether formally or informally.
• Experience in rapidly growing or scaling organizations is highly preferred.
