Manager, EPMO Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.

📋 Description

• Assist in establishing processes and metrics to guarantee that project delivery aligns with enterprise-wide standards and expectations.

• Define and implement methods and reporting tools that track and monitor requirements, milestones, deliverables, decisions, and more.

• Regularly evaluate and analyze status reports, project plans, change requests, requirements documentation, and other project artifacts to ensure fluid project advancement.

• Conduct post-project evaluations; provide techniques for measuring and monitoring defined benefits and project results.

• Offer expertise and guidance in support of enterprise portfolio governance and oversight procedures.

• Aid all stakeholders in developing and comprehending project artifacts, available resources, and associated EPMO portfolio processes.

• Identify and address issues and conflicts within and among project, business, and/or technology teams.

• Follow a structured project management methodology.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience leading teams that have delivered projects using a standard methodology/framework is required.

• Experience in the health insurance or pharmacy benefits management industry is preferred.

• Proven experience in a role where the work is highly visible and the impact of the team's efforts involves multiple stakeholders at various levels of the organization is required.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft products such as Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.

• Engage in, comply with, and support compliance program objectives.

• The capacity to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.
