• Drive Enterprise Growth: Continuously seek opportunities to increase wallet share within a sophisticated client portfolio, transitioning discussions from transactional spending to enduring strategic partnerships.
• Implement Strategic Stewardship: Assist in shaping and owning the segment strategy, serving as the principal executive representative of ZipRecruiter for premier clients.
• Leader of Leaders: Mentor and cultivate high-performing managers and top-tier sales professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and career advancement.
• Complex Deal Structure: Supervise the management of intricate procurement, legal, and technical integrations where performance advertising is a fundamental solution.
• Operational Excellence: Develop and execute the Enterprise playbook, incorporating streamlined processes for account mapping, lifecycle management, and proactive churn reduction.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure that the "Enterprise Voice" shapes the product roadmap and adapts to market dynamics.
• Over 10 years of experience in high-growth sales leadership roles.
• More than 5 years of experience specifically managing people leaders (Managers or Directors) in an Enterprise context.
• Extensive domain knowledge in the Recruitment Advertising or Performance Advertising sectors.
• Proven ability to deliver rigorous, data-driven revenue forecasts while maintaining high levels of forecast accuracy.
• Demonstrated experience in navigating complex, multi-layered procurement and legal processes for large employers.
• Proficiency in utilizing data-driven metrics to validate sales instincts and implement systematic enhancements in team performance.
