Manager, Enterprise Credit Balance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee, analyze, and address credit balances on patient accounts.

• Collaborate with financial services, billing, and clinical departments to support the revenue cycle.

• Lead and mentor a team focused on researching and resolving credit balances.

• Track credit balances from various revenue sources, including both inpatient and outpatient settings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• High School Diploma along with 10 years of experience in the Healthcare Revenue Cycle.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, accounts receivable, or credit balance management.

• Knowledge of hospital billing systems (such as Epic, Cerner) is essential.

• At least five (5) years of proven leadership experience in team management.
