Manager – EDMS & BPM Support, Velocity Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Supervise production support while leading a team to ensure the efficient and dependable performance of the digital platform and Velocity applications.

• Collaborate with development teams to implement best practices and foster continuous improvement.

• Guarantee the prompt resolution of production issues by effectively prioritizing and managing resources.

• Establish robust monitoring systems for proactive issue detection and efficient resolution.

• Document and relay system changes, ensuring stakeholders remain informed and aligned.

• Conduct regular performance evaluations, offering constructive feedback to promote team growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline, with a commendable academic record.

• At least 8 years of IT support experience, including 3 years in a managerial role, showcasing leadership and team management abilities.

• Demonstrated success in overseeing EDMS, BPM, and Velocity application support teams, achieving positive outcomes.

• Extensive technical expertise in EDMS, BAW, and Microservices technologies, with a commitment to staying informed about the latest developments.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to effectively troubleshoot complex issues.

• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capacity to build relationships and influence stakeholders.

• Capability to excel in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to evolving business requirements.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices, ensuring alignment with contemporary development strategies.

• Eagerness to continuously learn and adapt, keeping abreast of industry trends and technological advancements.
