This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Provide comprehensive leadership for IT onsite services in the SEA region.
• Support all IT infrastructure setups including Networks, hosting, End User Computing, Telephony, and Video Conferencing.
• Serve as the primary contact for all ITS Onsite service-related matters within the country.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders within regional technology teams to promote continuous improvement and productivity gains.
• Take responsibility for delivering innovative solutions by effectively coordinating resources within the infrastructure team.
• Assist the organization in comprehending the volume and complexity of changes while ensuring that requisite change management actions are planned and implemented.
• Be accountable for the governance and oversight of all infrastructure services impacting the business.
• Uphold a high standard of ITIL service management practices across teams and vendors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8-10 years of ITS experience, with a solid understanding of the End User Computing environment, services, and technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Vendor Management to support governance processes.
• Excellent analytical skills combined with basic financial acumen.
• Good knowledge of SAP along with a general understanding of Financial and Procurement processes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
