Manager – Digital Marketing, Social Media

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Oversee and generate content for various social media channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), Threads, and YouTube.

• Plan and schedule social media posts to be published on designated dates and times, ensuring prompt execution.

• Produce captivating and pertinent content in English, encompassing copy, graphics, and multimedia elements.

• Conduct photo and video editing as required to enhance visual appeal.

• Utilize analytics tools to monitor and provide comprehensive reports on social media performance across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and blogs.

• Collaborate with the team and share files and reports using Talentus Global tools (Office365, OneDrive, Teams).

• Demonstrate an organized workflow to manage multiple platforms and deadlines effectively.

• Follow and engage with all our social media channels while maintaining alignment with the brand voice and style.

• Interact with the community and manage follower engagement to foster robust relationships.

• Participate in both virtual and in-person events, representing the brand and image of Talentus Global.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and social media leadership.

• Proficiency in English at a C1 level or higher is essential.

• Proven experience in managing social media across the specified platforms with content created in English.

• A demonstrable portfolio showcasing past work or relevant experience.

• Expertise in content creation (text, images, videos) in both English and Spanish.

• Familiarity with photo and video editing tools.

• Understanding of SEO/SEM strategies and their integration with social media content.

• Capability to deliver detailed analytics reports on social media performance.

• Strong time management skills and self-motivation to work independently.

• Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud tools, Figma, and CapCut is required.

• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and consistently meet deadlines.

• This is a Full-Time position dedicated to Talentus Global; freelance work for multiple clients is not permitted.
