This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Lead and develop a team of professionals specializing in Email Marketing and Marketing Automation.
• Allocate resources strategically and assign tasks to ensure campaigns are executed accurately and on time.
• Foster operational excellence throughout campaign workflows, quality assurance, reporting, and platform enhancements.
• Manage global digital marketing initiatives utilizing automation across email, web, and social media channels.
• Guarantee alignment with segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create audience-focused lead generation, nurturing, and retention campaigns.
• Oversee the marketing automation calendar, ensuring transparency across global teams.
• Utilize Adobe tools, including Adobe Marketo Engage or similar software, Adobe Real-Time CDP, and other automation resources to design, optimize, and scale campaigns.
• Maintain data integrity, enrichment, and compliance within CRM, CDP, and associated systems.
• Facilitate CDP-driven audience segmentation, journey mapping, and real-time personalization.
• Assist in lead nurturing and scoring to automate processes and enhance conversion rates.
• Track campaign performance and provide reports on KPIs by campaign, region, segment, and lifecycle stage.
• Collaborate with Analytics and Insights teams to extract insights and enhance campaigns.
• Direct A/B and multivariate testing initiatives.
• Establish, document, and refine marketing automation processes, campaign frameworks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Participate in marketing technology decision-making, integrations, and future advancements.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in digital marketing or marketing automation.
• At least 2 years in a leadership role overseeing personnel.
• Practical experience with Adobe Real-Time CDP, Adobe Target, and/or Marketo Engage or comparable platforms.
• Profound knowledge of B2B demand generation and marketing automation best practices.
• Experience managing marketing programs on a global or multi-regional scale.
• Extensive understanding of email marketing, lead nurturing, segmentation, scoring, and campaign automation.
• Strong project management capabilities and adept prioritization skills.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Proficient in Google Analytics, Excel, and reporting tools such as Google Looker Studio, Power BI, or QlikView.
• Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, and their implications on campaign targeting and data utilization.
• Prior experience collaborating with cross-functional marketing, web, and sales teams.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems like SAP C4C and Salesforce.
• Familiar with project management tools such as Adobe Workfront, Asana, and Jira.
• Knowledgeable about SEO, taxonomy, and content tagging strategies and their impact on personalization and engagement.
• Experience in B2B eCommerce or the life sciences/healthcare sector is advantageous.
