This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage and execute application design, testing, and troubleshooting to support the manufacturing and ancillary systems of the organization.
• Serve as a functional expert on the capabilities and usage of manufacturing systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend current and future strategic needs and requirements.
• Recommend and promote best practices, processes, metrics, and models.
• Review system release notes to identify functionalities that could benefit the business.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to address critical design topics.
• Assess business needs, conduct research, and perform impact analysis of new requirements or changes.
• Provide solutions aimed at enhancing productivity, driving process efficiencies, and fostering continuous improvement.
• Administer, model, and support applications based on the requirements of Integer stakeholders.
• Participate in system validations and produce documentation, including user testing scripts.
• Advise management on strategies for business integration.
• Prepare user documentation and lead user training sessions.
• Act as a coach and mentor to colleagues.
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies and suggest options for leveraging them.
• Stay informed of industry changes related to manufacturing technologies to influence product modifications that align with business needs.
• Facilitate MES Knowledge Sharing across sites to ensure collective learning is utilized throughout the organization.
• Engage in the development of the strategic product roadmap.
• Act as the primary contact for functional issues involving vendors, IT, and manufacturing operations.
• Required experience with MES standards and software.
• Subject matter expertise in manufacturing and MES processes.
• Proven experience collaborating to architect and design solutions in IT/OT convergence.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• Over 7 years of deep functional expertise in manufacturing operations.
• More than 7 years of experience leading the design, execution, and support of technology solutions.
• Excellent understanding of technology trends.
• Experience in the Medical Device industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with Oracle integration and/or Oracle ERP is advantageous.
• Experience with machine integrations for OEE data collection.
• Proven experience in defining and enhancing shop floor processes.
• Demonstrated capacity to oversee that functional requirements align with design and are effectively executed in the system.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
