This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist the Project Manager in managing daily contract operations and ensuring that remediation activities adhere to federal standards for accuracy, completeness, traceability, and auditability.
• Act as the PM’s alternate for operational issues, ensuring continuity of leadership and maintaining seamless contract performance in the PM's absence.
• Coordinate workforce planning and staffing needs to guarantee sufficient coverage and operational continuity throughout the performance period.
• Aid in the development, upkeep, and implementation of the Quality Control Plan (QCP) to ensure services align with contract stipulations, performance benchmarks, and Government expectations.
• Supervise internal quality control processes to detect, prevent, and rectify defective services while ensuring that corrective actions are documented and sustained.
• Ensure adherence to federal regulations concerning real property, security, information technology, and personnel access requirements.
• Oversee contractor compliance with physical security standards, including the protection of Government property, facilities, and equipment.
• Manage key and key card control protocols, ensuring prompt reporting of lost, duplicated, or compromised access credentials.
• Support Government meetings, including post-award conferences, regular status updates, and technical discussions with the Contracting Officer (KO), Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and present necessary reports, contract deliverables, and documentation in line with Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements.
• Ensure contractor personnel accurately identify themselves as contractor staff during all Government interactions and communications.
• Utilize knowledge of DoD Financial Management Regulation (DoD FMR), OMB requirements, OPM guidance, Executive Orders, and A-136 reporting standards to support real property operations and audit readiness.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Over 10 years of experience supporting federal programs, encompassing contract execution, operational leadership, compliance management, and collaboration with Government stakeholders.
• More than 5 years of experience in real property remediation, audit readiness, quality control, or financial management activities within Army, DoD, or federal settings.
• At least 5 years of experience leading cross-functional teams, implementing quality control measures, resolving operational challenges, and ensuring compliance with contract terms.
