Manager, Deal Advisory – National Coverage

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Assist in the origination and execution of advisory mandates across both financial services (FS) and non-financial services sectors, aiding clients in navigating complex strategic and financial challenges.

• Evaluate financial performance, business strategies, and cash flow projections to determine company viability.

• Conduct market evaluations, financial modeling, and scenario analyses to enhance client decision-making processes.

• Support the formulation of strategic alternatives, encompassing refinancing, business planning, performance enhancement, and transaction-related initiatives.

• Create high-quality deliverables for clients, including reports, presentations, and financial analyses.

• Oversee multiple workstreams and assist in the timely execution of projects.

• Develop and sustain robust client relationships through quality service delivery and efficient communication.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues in Transaction Services, Capital Advisory, and Debt Advisory to provide comprehensive client solutions.

• Keep informed about market trends, regulatory changes, and sector-specific insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong academic credentials, with relevant experience acquired in a Big 4 firm, advisory boutique, investment bank, corporate bank, or a similar setting.

• Proficiency in financial analysis, business planning, and financial modeling.

• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, with the capability to construct, interpret, and present financial models effectively.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and produce high-quality work within tight deadlines.

• Keen attention to detail and a highly analytical approach.
