This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Lead the strategic planning and execution of technology initiatives that align with organizational objectives.
β’ Oversee IT infrastructure to guarantee optimal performance, security, and availability.
β’ Foster innovation in technology solutions to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate technology solutions into business processes.
β’ Manage the technology budget and allocate resources in a cost-effective manner.
β’ Develop and enforce technology policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance and data security.
β’ Mentor and cultivate the technology team.
β’ Ensure the successful deployment and maintenance of technology systems and applications.
β’ Analyze emerging technologies and trends to guide strategic planning.
β’ Maintain relationships with technology vendors and partners to ensure high-quality service and value.
β’ A completed Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience is required.
β’ At least 3 years of experience in a Tier 2 or 3 IT support environment.
β’ Preferred 1+ years of management experience.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
β’ Expert-level proficiency in utilizing cloud-based platforms and services to build, deploy, and manage applications and data online.
β’ Expert-level skills in maintaining, managing, and optimizing data communication networks and systems.
β’ Expert-level familiarity with Data Center solutions from providers such as Dell, HPE, Cisco, PURE, etc.
β’ Expert-level capability in defining, designing, building, and maintaining robust systems and infrastructure solutions.
β’ Strong project oversight and completion skills.
β’ Expert-level abilities in data examination, cleaning, transformation, and modeling.
β’ Proficient in strategic thinking, leadership, innovation, change management, problem-solving, communication, technical expertise, collaboration, continuous improvement, and decision-making.
