Manager, Data Analytics, Reporting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Supervise and guarantee precise, prompt, and efficient reporting concerning all key business functions.

• Ensure that both internal and external report deliverables are timely and accurate.

• Manage the organization's scheduled and ad hoc reporting requirements.

• Execute and oversee the completion of significant reconciliation tasks.

• Accountable for the quality and completeness of data in core systems through the performance and supervision of data audits.

• Oversee large-scale systems and data-related projects.

• Mentor and manage a team of data analysts with varying skill sets and levels of experience.

• Lead and execute intricate data-related analytical projects to enhance business decisions and efficiencies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Over 4 years of experience in statistical analysis or data analysis.

• Experience in Medicare and Medicaid managed care is a plus.

• Familiarity with various data mining, reporting, and reconciliation tools and methodologies.

• Advanced knowledge of systems and software including MS Access, Excel, SQL, Business Objects, and data warehousing.

• Amysis experience is preferred.

• Experience engaging with diverse business groups in a matrix environment.

• Project management experience is preferred.
