Manager, Data & Analytics Engineering

📋 Description

• Guide, mentor, and develop a team of data and analytics engineers.

• Take ownership of the curation, transformation, and delivery of analytics-ready data models.

• Construct and sustain trusted, governed data assets.

• Supervise the creation and deployment of Tableau and Sigma dashboards.

• Convey technical roadmaps and delivery timelines to stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in Data/Analytics Engineering.

• Strong hands-on expertise with SQL, dbt, and cloud data warehouses (Snowflake is highly preferred).

• Proven experience in building and delivering dashboards using Tableau and/or Sigma.

• Familiarity with code review processes, CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and documentation practices.

• Solid understanding of data governance principles and best practices for access control.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.

• A collaborative mindset with a passion for mentoring engineers.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
