Manager, Daily Valuation, NAV Accounting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee client engagements and collaborate with institutional real estate clients.

• Support daily calculations of NAV and reporting of share prices.

• Lead the forecasting of net investment income and fluctuations in property values.

• Coordinate valuation updates throughout the quarter.

• Provide technical guidance to the team.

• Manage multiple daily valuation projects, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

• Ensure that client engagements are executed accurately and punctually.

• Analyze outcomes and investigate discrepancies.

• Drive process enhancements and modernization initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong foundation in accounting.

• Direct experience in supporting NAV calculations or reporting.

• Background in daily valuation, real estate fund accounting, valuation advisory, or commercial real estate valuation.

• Proficient in Excel, including financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Capability to review and critically assess financial analyses, projections, and valuation-related tasks.

• Experience with accounting or financial systems such as Yardi, MRI, JD Edwards, or similar platforms.

• University or college degree in accounting or a related discipline.

• CPA designation is preferred.

• Experience in supervising, coaching, or mentoring team members is strongly preferred.
