• Supervise and enhance the operations of the Customer Success team
• Foster customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion
• Partner with various departments to ensure customer success initiatives align with organizational objectives
• Oversee multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment
• Represent the voice of the customer within the organization
• Evaluate data and trends to shape and influence long-term strategies
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of pertinent experience in customer success, business consulting, SaaS software implementation, or sales
• Strong ability to influence and develop enduring relationships
• Experience in resolving complex customer challenges in a rapidly evolving environment
• Demonstrated success in establishing and nurturing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
