β’ Supervise and enhance the operations of the Customer Success team
β’ Foster customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion
β’ Partner with various departments to ensure customer success initiatives align with organizational objectives
β’ Oversee multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment
β’ Represent the voice of the customer within the organization
β’ Evaluate data and trends to shape and influence long-term strategies
β’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
β’ 5+ years of pertinent experience in customer success, business consulting, SaaS software implementation, or sales
β’ Strong ability to influence and develop enduring relationships
β’ Experience in resolving complex customer challenges in a rapidly evolving environment
β’ Demonstrated success in establishing and nurturing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
