Manager – Customer Data Reporting

📋 Description

• Interact directly with clients to ascertain their security needs.

• Offer consulting and advisory services related to XDR.

• Create comprehensive XDR solutions from start to finish.

• Lead the implementation of XDR platforms and ensure successful execution.

• Confirm successful deployments through thorough testing and production transitions.

• Strategize and manage the transition from outdated security tools to XDR platforms.

• Oversee the daily administration of XDR platforms.

• Serve as the main technical liaison for clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 8 years of relevant professional experience.

• Background in consulting.

• Extensive hands-on knowledge in XDR consulting, deployment, migration, and administration.

• Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Defender XDR and CrowdStrike XDR.

• Strong technical knowledge paired with excellent communication abilities.
