This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Direct a team of Corporate Sales Engineers while fostering their effectiveness and career growth.
• Develop processes for technical product showcases and demonstrations.
• Guarantee that qualified Proof of Values (POVs) are provided through remote product installations and customizations.
• Collaborate with Sales Leaders and their teams to present solutions to prospects and clients.
• Address escalations from team members or sales partners.
• Guide and empower the team while engaging in customer calls for escalations.
• Collaborate with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle to generate new business opportunities.
• Assist with product demonstrations, gathering customer technical requirements, evaluation test plans, and evaluation management.
• Over 5 years of relevant experience in IT/technology consulting or sales engineering.
• A minimum of 2 years in a leadership role within a technical domain is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams with a strong technical aptitude.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Established experience in mentoring, coaching, training, and leading a team.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
• Self-driven with exceptional organizational abilities.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities with a systematic approach to analyzing complex multivariate issues.
• Capacity to comprehend intricate architectures and identify gaps or opportunities to bypass conventional security technologies.
• Inquisitive mindset with a strong desire to learn.
• Some travel may be necessary as required.
• Technical knowledge of incident response, computer forensics, network administration and management, as well as endpoint security including anti-virus solutions.
