This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, develop, and oversee the Channel Management Team.
• Formulate and implement a long-term Channel Management strategy, encompassing content playbooks and commercialization priorities.
• Create and manage commercialization frameworks and operational procedures for product launches.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Pricing, and Finance leadership on pricing strategies, margin structures, profitability models, and commercial recommendations.
• Supervise channel planning, inventory health, and SIOP alignment.
• Provide executive-level reporting and business insights through sales, conversion, promotional, market share, and channel health analysis.
• Manage the channel opportunity pipeline and conversion strategy.
• Foster strategic relationships with sales leadership, internal business partners, training organizations, distributors, and external channel stakeholders.
• Establish and manage the roadmap for both internal and external training programs.
• Drive the deployment and continuous enhancement of digital learning and enablement platforms.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Progressive experience in Channel Management, Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Commercial Operations, or similar business functions.
• Prior experience leading cross-functional initiatives and achieving business results through influence and collaboration.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Experience in sales, channel management, or product management.
• Preferred: Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.
• Preferred: Certification in sales or business management, such as Certified Professional Sales Leader (CPSL).
• Preferred: Experience in electrical products, industrial manufacturing, construction products, or distribution-based industries.
• Preferred: Experience in leading product launch commercialization programs.
• Preferred: Knowledge of pricing strategy, portfolio management, and channel growth programs.
• Preferred: Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, Power BI, or similar business intelligence platforms.
• Expertise in channel strategy and commercialization.
• Proficiency in product launch and go-to-market planning.
• Strong skills in financial and profitability analysis.
• Experience in cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Skills in sales and channel analytics.
• Knowledge of inventory planning and SIOP.
