This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Take ownership and oversee comprehensive cross-functional commercialization timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables from product design to omni-channel go-to-market execution.
• Ensure all launch prerequisites are identified, organized, monitored, and finalized across Product Design, Brand, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Planning, Retail, E-commerce, and Services.
• Drive executional precision to deliver launches that are well-prepared, repeatable, and scalable.
• Act as the connective element among teams—ensuring clarity in ownership, decision rights, and transitions throughout the launch lifecycle.
• Facilitate regular team meetings to assess status, confirm readiness, identify risks, and proactively address gaps.
• Proactively communicate risks, issues, trade-offs, and decisions that may affect timing, scope, or the customer experience.
• Advocate for the comprehensive customer experience throughout the development and commercialization stages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product launches in stores, online, and via customer support.
• Prepare materials for enterprise presentations, product readiness evaluations, and launch milestones.
• Guarantee that leadership has clear and concise visibility into launch status, risks, and readiness across all teams.
• Utilize and help enhance commercialization tools, templates, checklists, and workflows.
• Perform any other reasonable tasks for this role as assigned by management.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in Commercialization, Go-To-Market, Program/Project Management, Product Operations, or similar roles.
• Experience in supporting omnichannel product launches; Retail and E-commerce experience is preferred.
• Strong project and program management capabilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to influence, coordinate, and execute across cross-functional teams.
• Clear, organized communicator (both written and verbal).
• Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and competing priorities at the same time.
• Highly organized, proactive, and focused on execution.
• Capable of navigating ambiguity while providing structure to complex tasks.
• Collaborative with a strong inclination toward follow-through and problem-solving.
• Inquisitive and growth-oriented, consistently looking for ways to enhance processes and workflows.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Utilizes AI to streamline reporting, communication, and enhance efficiency.
