Manager, Commercial Quality

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee Commercial Quality initiatives throughout the Ergomed organization, ensuring adherence to global GxP regulations and standards.

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for GxP Commercial Quality, contributing to Ergomed's procedures, policies, and training as needed.

• Provide quality input for client proposals, Requests for Information, presentations, and bid defense activities across the Ergomed organization.

• Actively engage in the Business Development process as an expert, offering strategic and tactical insights during bid defense meetings.

• Create commercial materials to support Quality as a Service initiatives, ensuring high-quality and consistent deliverables.

• Supervise the preparation and evaluation of Commercial Quality-related metrics, delivering periodic reports to management.

• As needed, lead, mentor, and develop quality group employees to enhance support for Commercial Quality activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a similar healthcare discipline.

• Demonstrated experience in client-facing and stakeholder management roles, with the capacity to effectively engage, communicate, and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Experience in crafting presentations, capability decks, and materials for client interactions.

• Ability to showcase a solid understanding of pharmacovigilance and clinical knowledge to competently perform related tasks.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and collaboration tools.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
