Manager, Commercial Quality

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Lead and manage the Quality operations of Ergomed Group.

• Oversee and provide Quality Cost Grids along with Quality as a Service information.

• Assist in Request for Information (RFI) and Bid Defence initiatives.

• Ensure adherence to global GxP regulations and standards.

• Contribute quality insights to client proposals and presentations.

• Actively engage in the Business Development process.

• Create commercial materials for Quality as a Service offerings.

• Supervise the preparation and analysis of Commercial Quality-related metrics.

• Lead, mentor, and develop employees within the quality group.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related healthcare discipline.

• Demonstrated experience in client-facing and stakeholder management roles.

• Ability to effectively engage, communicate, and collaborate with stakeholders.

• Experience in creating presentations, capability decks, and materials for clients.

• Comprehensive knowledge of pharmacovigilance and clinical practices.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and collaboration tools.

• Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
