This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.
• Direct and manage the Quality operations for Ergomed Group.
• Oversee the development and delivery of Quality Cost Grids and Quality as a Service information.
• Assist in Request for Information (RFI) processes and Bid Defence activities.
• Ensure compliance with established frameworks, standards, and expectations.
• Mentor and nurture the Quality staff within the department.
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for GxP Commercial Quality.
• Provide quality input for client proposals, Requests for Information, presentations, and bid defence efforts.
• Collaborate with Business Development to uncover new business prospects and prepare proposals.
• Create commercial materials to enhance Quality as a Service activities.
• Supervise the preparation and analysis of metrics related to Commercial Quality.
• Lead, educate, mentor, and advance the development of quality group employees.
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a similar healthcare discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in client-facing and stakeholder management positions.
• Capability to effectively engage, communicate, and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in crafting presentations, capability decks, and client-facing documentation.
• Strong understanding of pharmacovigilance and clinical knowledge.
• Background in preparing and contributing to bids, proposals, and RFP/RFI responses within the Life Sciences and Healthcare sectors.
• Familiarity with project management, governance, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Experience in supporting quality management activities, including deviations, CAPAs, audits, inspections, and process improvement initiatives.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in a global or matrix environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and collaboration tools.
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
