This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and oversee capacity reporting for all Element Critical data center locations, ensuring real-time insights into power, space, and connectivity availability to aid in sales pipeline management and operational planning.
• Create, develop, and sustain commercial dashboards and reporting tools that provide actionable insights into product profitability, deal economics, and portfolio performance for senior leadership and the commercial team.
• Build and manage customer inventory and capacity tracking processes within NetSuite, guaranteeing data integrity and forecast accuracy to facilitate contractual compliance, renewal planning, and scalable portfolio growth.
• Implement and uphold data governance standards, KPIs, and reporting schedules that ensure uniformity and reliability across commercial analytics, fostering organizational confidence in data-driven decision-making.
• Act as a strategic collaborator with cross-functional stakeholders in Sales, Finance, and Operations, promoting the development of scalable workflows, tools, and systems that support commercial growth and market expansion.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related discipline; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
• Over 5 years of experience in commercial operations, capacity planning, or a closely related analytics role; experience in data centers, colocation, or technology infrastructure is highly preferred.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, complex modeling, and capacity reporting) and PowerPoint; ability to convert intricate data into clear, executive-ready presentations.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP/CRM platforms; familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) and Visio is advantageous.
• Proven capability to manage multiple concurrent projects with strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset; comfortable working with ambiguous data sets and translating insights into clear business recommendations.
